ME

After reading the book, no doubt it brings some whole new things to
me. It has three points--- learning from the past, living in the moment
, and create the future. Yeah, I agreet this three ones, but the problem
is how to do it. It was wrote it seemed easy, not to me exactlly.

I admit it is helpful. Closing it, I was confused. I really did, and started
wondering it works or not at least to me. Learning from the past. Yeah,
who doesn't know about it? Don't describe it like it is piece of cake unless
you exprienced. I don't mean to judge the author. I just confine the
discussion to the matter at issue.
